Galaxy's AI Chatbot - AWG-iArtificial intelligence (AI) is quickly changing how things are done in the world today, bringing its fast-moving technology to many areas, including manufacturing. This AI assistant is named AWG-i, pronounced “Auggie”, a play on the wire industry term AWG (American Wire Gauge). It brings its intelligence about Galaxy’s offerings to anyone who asks a question any time of the day or night. AWG-i is trained mainly on the information that is contained in the Galaxy website, and it operates like the popular AI tools that are being used more and more on the internet.
